President & CEO

Srinivas Pendyala

Srinivas has over two decades of experience and demonstrates outstanding business, technical, and Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Healthcare and was responsible for the vitality, performance, and direction of several large IT project implementations. Srinivas co-founded Hexplora and is also President of Infowave Systems Inc. Before Infowave Systems, Srinivas was Chief Technical Architect at Quovadx and Practice Director at Oracle Corporation. He holds an MBA from I.I.M. Bangalore and a BS in Engineering from I.I.T. Chennai, India.
Co-Founder & CTO

Sai Alahari

Sai has over two decades of in-depth technology experience, primarily in the Insurance domain and possesses a wide range of skills in several IT tools and technologies and was responsible for executing several large ERP, Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW), and Business Analytics projects. Sai is also Vice President at Infowave Systems and started his career as a Senior Architect and Lead at several Fortune 500 companies such as Aetna and The Hartford. Sai holds an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, India, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Andhra University, India.
Co-Founder & COO

Ravi Obbu

Ravi brings over 30 years of leadership experience in IT Management, Operations, Sales, and Marketing. As COO, he plays a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. He also serves as the CEO of Infowave Systems, where he champions collaboration and delivery excellence. Before his tenure at Infowave, Ravi was a key architect of advanced manufacturing systems at DuPont USA, where he managed critical projects, including the successful implementation of a state-of-the-art system for a polymer compounding plant. Earlier, he served with distinction as a Short Service Commissioned Officer in the Engineering Branch of the Indian Air Force, retiring as a Flight Lieutenant.

Throughout his career, Ravi has collaborated with customers across diverse domains, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions that meet evolving business needs. He leads cross-functional teams with empathy and a commitment to mutual growth, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Ravi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Anantapur, India.

Head of Sales and Marketing

Priya Jaladi

As Head of Sales and Marketing at Hexplora, Priya Jaladi brings over a decade of experience leading go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, and customer growth. She holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad and previously served as Sales Director at Zluri and was in the founding team, where she helped scale a high-growth SaaS business from its early stages. Her experience also includes key strategic roles at Deloitte and Mahindra, where she built a strong foundation in business growth and operations. At Hexplora, she leads all sales and marketing initiatives, with a focus on driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and long-term business impact across geographies.
